You can make some powerful plays with that and I can see some sort of combo deck that tries to take advantage of this

When it enters, it brings another dragon back from your graveyard straight onto the battlefield, immediately rebuilding your board after a wipe or giving you extra value in grindy games

Well, theyre great too, but outside of Elf decks or decks that care about dorks or overrun based on total creatures, theyre largely interchangeable with (and sometimes much worse than) land ramp like Exploration, Three Visits or Cultivate

At this point it hasnt been played with by the general public, but to be honest its just looking kinda meh for a 9-mana spell

The First Chapter Starter Deck Emerald & Ruby Emerald Ruby has never really been a meta ink combination and perhaps this starter deck shows why

Narci doesnt necessarily synergize great with the actual deck, but as an abzan saga commander she is very very interesting
