This card does spread that "mill damage" to every player, which can be really potent in itself, but turning off some of those win conditions to mill more feels a bit durdle-y to me

Contextually, its important to note the CFP gave the statement to address player curiosity, not because they were eager to unban one or more of the cards

Or to anger someone deeply.
