youre just slamming it on the first spell that costs two or more
Flash is what pushes it over the top for me
2 Sapphire Steel Kiwi Bird Strategically Stronger In this deck, there is a wide array of Sapphire and Steel cards that work perfectly together to create a deck that can be strategically tricky to deal with
Cards wont slip and fall over on big decks
Its strong with threshold and unplayable without, as you cant even target the land to be destroyed
But Ive also talked about how comparing cards via focusing only on their negatives is a poor way of evaluating cards, and having 2 power isnt nothing, since I usually tend to see Stoneforge Mystic more in aggressive decks than control ones, and his second ability isnt useless either (Heirloom Blade, Umezawas Jitte, The Aetherspark, Cori-Steel Cutter, Skullclamp and the swords for cubes running them) and because of that, Im looking at it more in competition with more beatdown-oriented white creatures like Luminarch Aspirant and Intrepid Adversary
