Ketramose, the New Dawn is a strong card from Aetherdrift and certainly useful even without seven exiled cards, Tasha, the Witch Queen takes instants and sorceries from your opponents like a free flashback, and Ulamog, the Defiler only cares about those cards you exiled, then uses the greatest among them as its devastating annihilator number
Think Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver and its many zombies
Abilities that apply "as [this permanent] enters the battlefield," such as choosing a number with Talion, the Kindly Lord, are also unaffected
Combined with The One Ring's undeniable potential in the Commander format, and this may at least explain, if not justify, the $100 price tag on TCGplayer.com for The One Ring's promo version
