Minds Aglow is an example of a card that fits generous group hug decks quite well, and it makes some sense in decks that punish opponents for drawing cards (Nekusar, the Mindrazer, for example)
For other crossovers, it has been between six months to a year
But the truth is, there is no way to tell beforehand, whether the cards that are about to be revealed in a pack will make up a God Pack or not
Although not mechanically new cards, they include new artwork for Beast Within, Blasphemous Act, Dismember, and Grafdigger's Cage
While that may explain why this is one of the best illustrated Pokemon Pocket promo cards, it's not just that this whimsical scene is bursting with cuteness and light-hearted fun
This may be intentional from a game design perspective (or perhaps its partly down to my build style), but I appreciate how it helps to define a specific strategy while providing a secondary role
