Goldspan Dragon will give you the mana to cast bigger and bigger spells each time it attacks, and your opponents will have to pay a price to remove it, too

Whenever chaos ensues, creatures you control that are white, blue, and/or black become artifacts in addition to their other types until end of turn

We also want to add some blink so we can make more Equipment with our commander

At the very least, this is a lovely addition to the 99 in the sorts of Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator decks that want to win with Glint-Horn Buccaneer
