This has led to decks like Blue-Red Murktide pop up a deck that would traditionally struggle to deal with a creature like Tarmogoyf, but now you have a clean, one-mana answer to deal with it
I dont think it was a stellar deck choice for the event, but its becoming a pet deck of mine that has served me well across numerous tournaments at this point
The alternative was to burn five sideboard slots on useless cards, and that obviously was not a good answer
The worst case scenario is that its removal that can take care of anything, which is still a good use of the spell
Combine the deck with Steel for some particularly powerful songs, such as A Whole New World, and you have the deck affectionally referred to as Steelsong
