To take a mulligan, a player shuffles the cards in their hand back into their library, draws a new hand of cards equal to their starting hand size, then puts a number of those cards equal to the number of times that player has taken a mulligan on the bottom of their library in any order

The community immediately dismissed this commander as bad but just like those calling the precon bad, I think this just comes down to bad analysis -- go ahead and play the deck and you'll be pleasantly surprised I reckon

As for the art, my colleague Matt wrote a whole article about how much more packed with character and life 2D Pokmon are than their 3D counterparts - but I think this CGI pop-art suits Tatsugiri brilliantly
