Being able to tutor a legendary or saga card at sorcery speed for 3 mana is good enough, but its far from great

This deck utilizes the only planeswalker Commander, Quintorius, History Chaser, who can create a 3/2 red and white spirit token any time one or more cards leave your graveyard

This spell also has an alternate cost that allows you to cast it for free if an opponent controls an island and you control a mountain, while costing 3 mana if cast normally

I just think this is a very slow way to do things spells already did in Theros block to moderate success
