It wont be terrible in decks that mostly only have clues as artifacts, since you can start popping them for one mana, but the Artifact deck is where this will really be an engine

Do these and other oddities count

Three mana for a 1/1 may not seem a lot, but there are actually quite a lot of decks that can ramp fairly effectively, and there are some filter lands too, meaning you could grow this quite easily

Its good at every part of the game, and if you have cards like Heliod, Sun-Crowned on the battlefield, its an automatic win
