My second turn is likely Opt, use Scalding Tarn, Serum Visions. Opt first, use that info to figure out what land I want on my fetch as the cost of reshuffling a bottomed scry is low,and then Serum Visions and get the maximum out of that scry

I generally cast Serum Visions on Turn 1, as Ill have time to draw the cards before re-cantripping
