This card is wonderful ramp for green decks that can modify early

This can be useful for tapping down a problematic blocker or keeping a big creature from attacking you

Even though these two cards would have the exact same effect on the game in Chaos Magic (because every player is someones opponent), players have an easier time immediately understanding Wandering Eye in this setting than Telepathy
