Cycling is a very simple mechanic that smooths gameplay, so WotC uses it frequently every 5-6 sets or so, even on just a few cards
I generally like having cards that have text and are accessible, but I feel like the cards are so iconic that its not really a big deal
Unfortunately, opening chase foils and good mythics is fairly rare, which means the expected value of the box is somewhat deceptive for players who are playing a draft or cracking just a single box
There are a few cards that are just good old fashioned merriment, such as Grand Master of Flowers, a four-mana planeswalker that can stop creatures blocking, find Monk of the Open Hand from your library or graveyard, and eventually become a 7/7 Dragon God with flying and indestructible
