The biggest problem with the level-up mechanic is that it's slow (and also sorcery speed, which opens it up to blowouts), so having a way to get level counters onto our creatures quicker than normal is essential

Its a shame that we dont see the mechanic as much as we could, but I like to think that its thanks to a flavor issue rather than a power issue
