I think Fable of the Mirror-Breaker is also an option in the Devotion lists , though I havent tried it yet and its probably just worse than Chandra, Dressed to Kill in a similar role

A 2/4 with lifelink is also nothing to sneeze at, making Mangaras slightly higher mana value a bit more palatable than itd be on a less relevant body
Also, being in white, blue, and black, you get access to the most amount of connive mechanics
Given that The Walking Dead Secret Lair doesnt include any cards that were ever Standard-legal you cant play them in formats like Pioneer or Modern, but you can play them in Legacy and Commander
