It shuffles the permanent into the opponent's deck, but the opponent also gets a chance to reveal the top card of their library and play whatever permanent is on top
Then that Hill Giant cost and size Green one ETBs to exile and then cast something from our graveyard and then reduces their cost by 1 for them all too like others here
