I'd previously designed a few Commander decks under Ethan's lead and was able to take that knowledge and really run with it here

The bad news is that Mana Vault is only legal in Commander, where it's on the list of Game Changer cards, and it's restricted in Vintage

As mentioned, this card has long had some good synergies in Commander and is arguably deserving of seeing more play
