Ive only seen this occur for the English Team Rocket, Gym Heroes and Neo Genesis sets thus far, although Im still missing the Pikachu from the Gym Heroes set from August 14th, 2000

Man, there is no worse beat than playing against this card

Sadly, they aren't Fire-types, so they don't have much of a synergy with Skeledirge, but that's not a critical problem
