Look at the yellow border on the front of vintage cards
WIND Dragon / Synchro / Effect LV7 2500/2000 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters This card is always treated as a Speedroid card
Sliver Queen, Brood Mother, Urza, and Selenia round out the top five (according to Card Kingdom), though a good bit cheaper than the top two
The value of X is determined only once, as the reflexive triggered ability resolves
Statistically, however, I think the effect of deck-thinning is very minimal and almost never worth the loss of even one point of life
