To do that, you compile a deck of at least 60 cards (maximum copy of any one card is 4) utilizing two of the six Ink colors
The raccoons an okay early mana rock, so its not like youll just be holding onto the card until you can use its more powerful ability
Beyond that, this card only fits into a few superfriends decks as its main synergy is with other planeswalkers
Or maybe you're still searching for a second source of blue mana
I like Unnatural Selection in this deck for the ability to turn another players creatures into Slivers, either as a combo with Sliver Overlord or, if you need to help one player take down another player, by letting his creatures take advantage of sharing the pile of Slivers abilities
Either way, I think we can all agree on one thing: Seeing rare cards in person is still awe-inspiring
