I'm not sure how relevant this is, and I'm not sure if the limitations kill this, but you could use it in Burning Abyss, send Cir and Graff in your hand, then use their effects in the Graveyard to get 2 free monsters and overlay into Dante, which with Dante's effect would probably also allow you to get Scarm's effect off, so Deck thin by 5 and a Reborn and assuming you searched Tour Guide you may have a second Tour Guide in hand AND deck thinned by another 3.........
