These cards can have large HP totals, awesome attacks, and incredible abilities, making them the raw power an entire deck can be dedicated around
It gives you a route to abuse creatures with powerful enters triggers and powerful creatures more generally
In the case of this Raichu card, it requires at least two electric type energy cards as well as a colorless (neutral) energy, and it will deal 130 HP in a move while damaging the Raichu for 30
Damn is one of my favorite cards in the set, cheekily referencing both Damnation and Wrath of God
