I personally prefer this card as part of the 99 and not as a commander, but its still a strong card to build around

A shoutout to the other decent Ward characters Heathcliff Stoic Butler who is a draft bomb, and Prince Phillip Royal Explorer as a decent standalone card but a great Shift target

My point is that Luxior is a unique enough effect and cheap enough to cast/equip that its going to be heavily sought after by both casual and potentially competitive players
