Wizards of the Coast already confirmed that Modern Horizons 2 will feature various special edition cards in addition to regular foils: Retro Frames, Modern Horizons 1 reprints in Retro Frames, Sketch cards, Retro Frame fetch lands, borderless version, extended-art rares, and some of them have foil and foil-etched versions, and you can only find some of these versions in the more premium Modern Horizons 2 Collector Boosters and Set Boosters instead of Draft Boosters (For example: You can only find reprints of cards from the first Modern Horizons in Modern Horizons 2 Collector Boosters ), so its not surprising that Magic fans are complaining about how complicated this is
