If you've read my reviews of those cards you'll know that I thought both Shinx and Luxio were average, both having quick attacking moves that could do a fair amount of damage, and then I thought Luxray was a great Stage 2 card from this set, having two very powerful moves, a low retreat cost, and a solid HP
It is also a fun casual format for experienced players who want quick, low-stakes games
