Cruelclaw is unique enough to be interesting, plus its a cute little weasel (you know thats some of the reason behind its price and popularity)

It's possible there's some crazy Ali Antrazistyle combo deck that can take advantage of it, which keeps it from being graded even lower, but Invasion of Arcavios looks like a Commander card to me

This is two mana cheaper than Birthing Pod, and can act as the less scary version
