Its Ability is basically a big ol nerf: Mewtwo cant even attack unless you have four or more Team Rockets Pokemon in play
These include blind packs, giveaways, respins, and break spots, where buyers pay for a randomly assigned portion of a pack-opening session rather than knowing exactly what theyll receive
They also added new cinematics during duels which is a nice touch, although maybe not totally necessary
Wizards especially wants to encourage proactive play and attacking, often with the caveat of attacking the richest or strongest player, which helps to keep games closer (or at least discourage bullying the weakest player out of the game very early on)
Its also a Continuous Spell, so if you have an Azamina monster on the field and one of your opponents monsters touches the grave, you can burn them for 1,500 life points
Now you don't have to run a dedicated Naya-big guy deck for this to matter
