I tried pulling the topps johto league champions houndoom foil but i didnt get it sadly, i opened up about 7 or 8 of those packs because of the guaranteed pullrates per pack
If I were an artist the crowns themselves would be more like apparitions or draconic auras enveloping a main character representing the current ruler using their power in a style similar to the fire fists, unfortunately I'm not so we'll all just have to pretend that's the case
