Two more great additions are Gnawing Crescendo and Species Specialist because rats tend to die quite often

Note that these are my subjective opinions, given the style of Commander decks and games I prefer to play

They do nothing against mono color decks unless Richard is building the manabase, but against multicolor decks they can often be free wins and are definitely the highest win % cards for their mana values
