Leading the charge in this category is Najeela, the Blade Blossom, repurposed as Cloud Strife for the sheet

They're more useful in this format than most, simply because Commander decks are so large, and each of their 99 cards (excepting basic lands) must be different

It practically gives you a level of deck control that feels like cheating when used correctly

Im not sure this card beats out established commanders like Sram, Senior Edificer, but you can make a firm argument for it

There are no basic lands to be found in Ravnica Remastered, but the beloved Shock Lands can be found in abundance here
