Every time another Bear enters the battlefield, you choose either put two +1/+1 counters on a target Bear, or have a Bear fight an opponent's creature

If you put a -1/-1 counter on a creature that already has some number of +1/+1 counters on it, they'll basically cancel each other out in a 1:1 ratio
