Alesha is great if you are planning on being aggressive in combat but if you have a slower game plan in mind she lacks the suitability to reach that stand alone power threshold
Since you have the flexibility of choosing which cards you think will be best for your deck, in a way, your total pool of cards is much larger in a draft than it is in Sealed Deck
