This deck plays like a twisted puppet masterstealing threats, throwing them into the graveyard, and bringing back your own for round two
Its tricky to remove since you need an exile spell to permanently deal with it, then you have to worry about the upkeep trigger
My way to edge against Vandal is running Nihil Spellbomb in the main, often sequencing it in the first turns of the game
