Price of Knowledge was printed in Commander 2013 Edition , and it grants everyone no maximum hand size, but for your opponents, keeping those cards in hand will prove much deadly, since Price of Knowledge deals damage to them equal to the number of cards they have in hand
Spells and abilities that were targeting that permanent, as well as Auras and Equipment that were attached to the permanent, aren't affected
Theres a small emphasis on the miracle mechanic, and the ultimate goal is to slam big enchantment finishers on board rather than the usual attrition/pillow fort elements of enchantress decks
This all amounts to a bunch of very powerful buffs to a familiar and comfortable control playstyle, but at least there is one complication: committing two mana on your turn to something you cant use until the turn after opens a dangerous (if short-lived) window where you can be punished for that huge drop in tempo except for when it doesnt
