Borderless triumphant cards can be found in both Play Boosters and Collector Boosters in non-foil and traditional foil

That makes sense because having a repeatable effect like this on a commander can be too powerful, but it also makes Vraan a less-than-exciting commander

There are a lot of really great cards in Magic: The Gatherings latest set that feel like they link together well, but not all of them stand out on their own
