The addition of Giovanni in this deck increases Psychic Spear from 50 damage to 60, which can be used to wipe out many basic Pokemon in a single turn
This card is particularly problematic with Brainstorm

Lorcana, with its mix of recognizable as well as unexpected characters and objects Anna and Elsa from Frozen will duke it out with Sergeant Tibbs from 101 Dalmatians and all eras of Mickey Mouse aims to play with our nostalgia as much as it does game mechanics, as cards will reference signature Disney weapons (a frying pan) with recognizable songs (Hakuna Matata, Friends on the Other Side)
Its rare to see split second on cards and I dont always like it, but this card likely wouldnt feel complete without it
