It's not a card you should be building your deck around by any means, but it can find its place in most Gruul decks
At the very least, this means that you get to draw two cards on your opponents' draw steps
Come crashing out of the gates, blazing into combat with Prossh, Skyraider of KherProssh, Skyraider of Kher eating all his minions before getting BerserkBerserk'd, leaving nothing but a pair of smoking boots left as a memory of your opponent
The final big proliferate-friendly card I'd recommend is Tezzeret the Seeker, which can find your important artifacts more efficiently than the other tutors can, plus it also acts as huge ramp if you've got an Everflowing Chalice or Empowered Autogenerator on the battlefield
On the Amber side, The Queen Regal Monarch is a valuable one-cost shift target for getting the five-cost The Queen Commanding Presence down on turn two and youll get both in this deck
