Mill decks will definitely be including this Jace Variant, as its ultimate ability is too tempting and hilariously mean to resist, and counter manipulation via Proliferate makes it that much easier to activate

Its also a good fit for a pseudo-artifact-themed deck

Considering the actual mechanics of the card, some problems immediately jump out at me: It uses the phrase uncovers a conspiracy

Could also be the mythic uncommon of the set (though these are harder to predict)

My guess is that it'll slowly fall back down to a lower value - but that process could take months or even years
