The 4-mana restriction to prevent you from drawing when an opponent plays a noncreature spell is so, so expensive that theres basically no way theyll even be able to pay
A pretty good deal, if you ask me
Vigilance and trample on a 3/3 for three is already excellent, but putting on a combat damage trigger that can reanimate a creature equal to damage dealt is just hot
