This looks like a key card for graveyard decks, as there aren't a plethora of ways to mill yourself in the format, and this does it along with a passable body and some life gain
The main difference I noticed in our plays was that having a Location card in a players initial hand meant points were coming a little faster than normal, meaning shorter games (the score threshold is still 20 Lore)
Unfortunately, Simbas main downside is that he is an uninkable card, making him only usable if you can actually get him on the field and not as a resource to help fuel the rest of the deck
