Fetchlands are the best utility land in Commander because they let you play the game
(Each in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to black.) Your opponents can't gain life
The Sumerian Talisman is a perfect addition to those combative decks that want to challenge as much as possible, as itll reward you with instant, no limits card draw whenever you trade one of your characters with one of your opponents
When you want to play a character with Shift, you can choose to pay ink equal to the card's Shift value instead of its regular ink cost
Each character has a Strength value (how much damage they do in challenges), a Willpower value (how much damage they can take before being discarded), and a Lore value (how many points they give you when they quest)
Whats more is that Kit Cloudkicker, Navigator has the Ward keyword too, meaning that it cannot be targeted by opponents unless through a challenge: thereby giving it even more longevity and thus even more opportunities to quest for three lore a turn
