Amped Up I originally typed up a half-baked theory that was trying to cover all the dimensions of things that Un-set cards care about, and caring about the room youre playing in was Dimension 8 (affecting other games in progress was Dimension 9, for what its worth)
(8/25/2017) Permanents that phase out with counters phase in with those counters
- In addition to the features of the "New Frame," collector information in the lower left of the effect text box includes "rarity initials (M/R/U/C, etc.)," "set code (3-letter abbreviation)," and "language (2-letter abbreviation)." - In addition to the features of the "New Frame," for special cards such as Rares, Mythic Rares, and promo cards, there is a hologram in the lower center of the effect text box
