The challenge of course is to have plenty of mana to pay for the offspring kicker in a Jeskai deck without access to green ramp

I am indeed working with a budget

Offspring is in the main set, so there is that to consider, but even leaving that out the absolute deluge of things that randomly create tokens these days means this could potentially be a very powerful mode
