Whites affinity for law and order shows up in a few ways on its cards: bureaucratic effects that slow down and tax your opponents actions, and cards that effectively ban certain effects
All in all, casual mulligans allow for more consistently fun games for everyone
Devoid of any text, players will have to remember the cards ability to bring back creatures from the graveyard directly onto the battlefield after paying (or cheating) the hefty card cost
It does block like a champ, and the fixing is nice, but it doesnt really stand out too much for me
Additionally, when this zombie dies, its controller can also choose to pay X, returning a zombie from its controller's graveyard to the battlefield as long as it has a mana value of X
