I think the card really ties this deck together, being absolutely ridiculous with 1) Sylvan Library, by milling cards you dont need and allowing an easy draw two) and 2) flashback cards, by letting you get value out of milled cards
The few counterplays to this member of the Loyal Three include not taking any KOs which delays our own game plan, unless were on Dragapult ex or to KO Fezandipiti ex first, but Night Stretcher exists as an easy way to recur the bird
Instead, it gives you a goal and a payoff for reaching that goal (indeed, three tiers of goal, each with their own payoff), which places the onus on you to plan out the decks strategy
