Depending on how much you buff the card, you could afford to remove the restriction that the attack target has to be a Level 4 or lower monster (most Decks don't even want to have random Level 4 monsters out on the field anyways, though there's exceptions like Necloth Unicore, Yamato, and Fire/Ice Hand but you want the Hand to die).
