Sanwell getting protection from combat damage does a lot to make this card playable

Sadly a big part of the reason for the impressive showing on escalate cards is that there is only eight of them

So, although you might control a Bear Umbra and benefit from the land untap you cant move it to your own creature to try and trigger it (and the owner will probably not attack if you gain control of it, lets be honest)

The deck might not be flashy, but its honest

The new wording for the lands you can tutor was for the shock lands in Ravnica, so that you could fix your mana better

It has limitations but lines up well with how most Constructed decks are designed
