White has always struggled to draw extra cards, but WotC is making a serious effort to fix that with strong White cards
I feel like most of the time the game plan of grinding out a win with planeswalkers doesn't actually pay off and you're better off doing something big and splashy out of nowhere, but if we keep getting cards like this maybe that becomes a viable strategy
