It's very strong as a Commander or in the 99 of an artifact or colorless matters, and it's no color, so it's playable in any artifact deck just like Shimmer Myr
When you do: You can Special Summon 1 "Chronomaly" monster from your hand or Graveyard, except "Chronomaly Crystal Bones"
It sets up reanimator plays nicely, and lets you pitch unneeded lands to dig for better cards

Depending on whether these two cards were Shiny Pokmon-GX or other cards, the Shiny Pokmon-GX would make up 70-72% of the cards on the sheet, and should make up approximately that amount of the pulls (though previous experience writing this guide indicates uncertainty tends to be high in this regard)
2x The Tricky: I usually summon this guy together with Prism (discard a Vylon equip card if possible) to bring out Vylon Alpha, then use Prism's effect for the power boost AND destruction immunity (no gay-ass Dark Hole or Torrential Tribute or Mirror Force or whatever)
