Against Qliphort, Destruction just means that they are 2 cards closer to a Scout
The title card for this set is Darkrai, who is one of the legendary Pokemon associated with the Sinnoh region
Also, cards that get a card from outside of the game (Living Wish, Cunning Wish, Research // Development, etc) are also not allowed
